After it's sat for a few hours they may start to brown a bit, it varies depending on the batch of apples and how much they've been coated in the acidic dressing which reduces browning. But by then the salad would be soggy anyway, this is a recipe you want to serve shortly after dressing :)

Will the apples turn brown? Thank you,

what brand olive oil do you use?

Even the teens gobbled this up! Delicious!

Sorry I didn't make this recipe because it's just me, but I was thinking if on a vegan diet you could use plant based bacon bits in place of the real bacon. This looks delicious though!??

So Delicious! We don’t use the bacon. The dressing is easy to whip up and don’t need to use too much. Most likely will be on our Holiday menus all the time now.

like the apple salad recipie a lot. I used raw honey in place of the syrup I also used walnuts in place of the pecans and rasins in place of the cranberries. I also used romane lettuce.
