I don’t recommend it because it doesn’t have as much fat. Half and half might work.

HII! This recipe is great but I was wondering if I could replace coconut milk with just regular cow milk? I don’t know if it’ll mess the recipe up but I’m hoping if I can!

I made this cake the other day and it turned out absolutely delicious I did add a box of instant banana pudding to the mix and one right banana. Bake the cake as per the recipe. The three milks I used was coconut milk condensed milk and whipping cream. Everyone love this cake it was so moist and flavorful I'm going to make it again.

This was a big hit with our LSU friends as we watched the LSU vs N.TX game. We had a Tex-Mex themed pot-luck dinner. Everyone outdid each other with their contributions. This dessert was the "icing on the cake".
