I've made this very tasty recipe half a dozen times. Delicious and simple to cook, thanks to the easy to follow instructions & video. Four Chipotle chillies gives it a nice spicy kick. Freezes and reheats great too. Excellent for taco's, quesidillas and on rice. Thank you so much for sharing Jaclyn!

Read the Notes> If you don't like heat then sub mild chili powder instead. Also, you can make any recipe to your liking. Add whatever you like leave out or sub out what you don't like.

This is my worst recipe following ever. All heat. No flavor. Honestly how some people think their cooking is worthy of public display

Ok I started this last night, everything going great smells great. In at 10:30pm out at 0800am still smells great. Ok taste pretty dang good too! Had to sample right. I’m all done now and not eating till dinner making enchiladas out of it. What is the best safest way to cool or store and reheat later today. Please n thank you. First time! Won’t be last!

I made this for dinner tonight using my pressure cooker. It turned out amazing (even with me forgetting to add the bay leaves). Thank you for an easy and tasty recipe. I’m excited to make it again soon.

I haven't used an electric roaster but I believe it would be about the same as an oven. About 325 for 4 hours.
