All I can say is it was great! As good as or better than any I've had anywhere. I used a very thin pre-sliced NY Strip Steak from Costco which saved time and was extremely tender.

I printed this awhile back and had not yet tried it. I had some small steaks left in the freezer and when I was doing my freezer clean I pulled them out and and because we always have broccoli I decided to try this recipe. Wow it is very good! Hubby loved it. I did not have any fresh ginger so I used powdered and tossed in some red pepper when I was sauteing the onion and garlic. Very colorful dish! I love it when you do not over steam the broccoli!

One of my all time favorites. I've used this recipe over and over again. For best results, stick with using the flank steak, brush with cornstarch and let sit covered in fridge for at least 30min, this helps tenderize the steak.

Recipe turned out great, easy to make and timings were perfect. For step 2, I tripled the amount of soy sauce/corn starch to make sure all my steak pieces were covered. I also reduced the honey by a lot- I doubled the recipe and only put 1.5Tbsp. It was delicious- will definitely make again!
