I've only reheated smaller portions but they do rewarm quite well. I might suggest doing a trial batch to see how you like them reheated personally. When rewarming toss them occasionally so they heat evenly.

these look like exacty what want to serve at baby shower brunch. i see the instructions for reheating but wanted to ask how successful you have been with them turning out nicely? I have around 90 people coming so I cannot prepare these the day of. Looking forward to hearing back from you

Great recipe! Using the broiler for a few minutes makes them so nice and crispy. Could use a little bit more spices though. Used them to make breakfast burritos!
