Such a perfect recipe for Spring/Summer bbq season!!! Made it last night in the smoker and it was delicious! I have gestational diabetes so I like recipes with limited carbs and my husband is on the keto diet so this was perfect for the both of us! We just topped the kabobs with straight balsamic vinegar instead of using a glaze with sugar ???? We love so many of your recipes!!!
