We like this recipe (see my previous December 17, 2020 comment). Thanks Jaclyn! Tonight I used the sliced yellow onion called for in the recipe and again doubling the roasted sesame oil and adding 2 tsp of chili crisp to the sauce. The garlic and ginger went into the oil as aromatics before adding the chicken in Step 3 rather than with other vegetables in Step 6.

forgot to add that I doubled the Ingredient, and it came out perfect. Also, you really don't taste the oyster sauce, incase you are not sure about it. JUST DELICIOUS!

My family absolutely loved this recipe! Definitely a keeper! I wasn't bold enough to use oyster sauce. I added scallions, mushrooms, and yellow pepper.
