Scoring the Chicken 8, the sauce 1. Didn't think about it, but I never put mustard on chicken...and still won't. Didn't put the OO in the bread crumbs as that sounded like a clumpy mess. That said, without it, the flour, egg, bread crumb / parmesan process was fine. Great hint on using chicken and ham to keep cheese within the roll. Too many times I've seen the cheese ooze out.

The Chicken Cordon Bleu was a hit for my family gathering. I will definitely make it again and shared the recipe to my daughter and son-in-law as they loved it too. I will definitely try more recipes as they all look so good.
