I plan to make this tonight and the beef stroganoff this weekend.
Can I grind up the mushrooms? Clearly I can leave them out completely, but I just don't like the texture, so I thought chopping them up finely might be a solution.

I would probably cook 4 or 5 servings to the amounts listed on the back of the package of noodles.

This was so delicious! I added a bit of sour cream and dijon mustard at the end and some pasta water from the egg noodles because it was a little thick. We loved this recipe so much!

Fam loved this! Made it twice in one week and it will likely be added to our dinner rotation! We left out the mushrooms because we all hate them lol. And we didn't have any cornstarch so I used flour. Again this dish was great and had a great flavor!
