Hello, and Happy Thanksgiving. I need to half this as there is only 2 of us.. what size baking dish should I use? Maybe 8×8 for cornbread and what size would you recommend for baking it all together.. thanks a bunch

Made this recipe on New Year's Eve. It was just delicious! I stuffed my bird instead of putting it in a separate pan. Perfect cornbread stuffing! This will definitely be my new stuffing recipe for turkey holidays. Thank you so much for the recipe! I have many recipes of yours in my binder recently... they are always just delicious... I am never disappointed. ?? Happy New Year!

Hi! I'm making this for tomorrow. At which point during the process of assembling the dressing should the fresh herbs and seasonings be added to the cornbread cubes? Thank you for your time and for providing the recipe. I can't wait to try it tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving!
