I have a question. I have medium unsweetened coconut. Should I soak it so the cookies aren’t dry? If yes could you provide instructions for the best result please. I’ll be making these in the next day or two

Can these Cowboy Cookies be made into a sheet cookie and then cut into individual pieces?

YUM! Thank you Jaclyn! I just found you a few weeks back, and I am enjoying your recipes immensely! These loaded cookies are tremendous, I just made a double batch to gift a contractor crew who blessed us with a tremendous driveway. I wanted to thank them for a wonderful job, and these cookies hit the sweet spot! Bullseye!!! TY :) <3
