I don’t think it would be double, maybe 1 extra hour.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing this recipe. If I double the amount of potatoes and all other ingredients, do I also need to double the cook time?

Quick question... can these be frozen? I am looking for meal prep ideas for mashed potatoes versus buying the expensive name brand potatoes. Using a crockpot would be super simple during my meal prep days! TYIA
