Hi Jaclyn. Hope you and yours are all keeping safe and well. My question is : what cheese can be used in place of goat or feta ? My husband doesn't like either and I need a dairy - free type of cheese. What can you recommend, please ? Keep well and stay safe. Best regards, Phyllis

Everything we love, & everything healthy & delicious! I love that this salad can also easily be made any time of the year w/the substitutions. This surely sounds like a 5*+ dish to me, which I plan to make as soon as I hit the store again. Can't wait! Thanks Jaclyn ??
