It is kale the baby kale can have different shapes (depending how long it had be growing or possibly variety I’m assuming). Spinach would be tasty too though!

Montmorency are sour cherries and bing and black are sweet. You should be able to find them at many larger retailers around the U.S. and online.

Hi Jaclyn.
Hope you and yours are
all keeping safe and well.
My question is : what cheese can be used in place of goat or feta ?
My husband doesn't like either and I need a dairy - free type of cheese.
What can you recommend, please ?
Keep well and stay safe.
Best regards,
Phyllis

Where do you find montmorency cherries? How are they different from bing cherries?

Everything we love, & everything healthy & delicious! I love that this salad can also easily be made any time of the year w/the substitutions. This surely sounds like a 5*+ dish to me, which I plan to make as soon as I hit the store again. Can't wait! Thanks Jaclyn
