I can’t make cookies that my family has asked me to make. I am doomed at cooking. My 2 daughters need high school Home Economics, but that’s years away. But I figured I’d borrow a few good ones and send back some that I made and maybe you would agree, the Great bakers need to come to Rural Southern Illinois and look Me up and teach me how to be a successful cookie baker for my children. Thank you for being patient with me.

These were the fastest & easiest cookies I've ever made - and sooo delicious. I saved the parchment paper to cut into smaller sections to put between the very moist, cooled, cookies inside the cookie jar. I used the 2 egg suggestion and chunky pb. No chocolate chips - this time. I'll definitely make these again.

Unfortunately there’s not a very good way to reduce sugar here without the texture changing. I might suggest trying my classic peanut butter cookie instead.

I enjoyed this recipe. I put mine in the freezer. I also made my cookies smaller so I would have more. Thank you for the great recipe.

The peanut butter is a very pronounced flavor but since they are flourless there isn’t really a way to reduce peanut butter it’s the main component here. Instead I would try my flourless chocolate cookies if it’s a simple flourless cookie you are looking for.

When I told my husband these were flourless he said he wouldn’t like them. Turns out he couldn’t stop eating them! I use half crunchy half regular peanut butter as well as half chocolate chips and half Reese’s peanut butter chips. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe!

As a person with Celiac Disease, these are my favourite cookies and everyone loves them. I add chopped pecans to mine and they are delicious!!
