Fresh ingredients would be fresh tomatoes. Not canned.

Very flavorful with a fresh taste. This is perfect to go with my breakfast burritos. I added adobo sauce with pepper which gave it a little back heat and smoky flavor.
Gonna keep this recipe on lockdown

I am new at salsa and using the water bath process to can it. Do you have to cook this to be able to can it or just put it in prepared jars and put it through the water bath process?

Please Do freeze leftovers for use in soups/borscht, chili and pasta. BTW, plain regular lettuce can be sliced and frozen to add to a soup with leftover salsa and any vegetables you like.

I'd always wanted to know how to make delicious salsa sauce until I happen to stumble on your salsa recipe which is so easy to make. Thank you very much now eating my taco chips will never be the same again. Will make the sauce ASAP can't wait anymore.
