Very nice recipe chef ??????. I made it last night and we had it this afternoon on a coffe brake ??. It bring back childhood memories, mother use to make something similar ??. Thank you for your effort ????.

Sorry for the late reply, the link to those is listed in the recipe. :) They are strips of fabric that are soaked in water and wrapped around the cake pans so the cake bakes evenly and doesn't burn on the edges. I use them a lot!

They are fabric strips that are soaked in water then wrapped around the cake pans. They help the cakes rise more evenly. They also help keep cake edges from over browning I’ve found.

Never heard of watered cake strip. Can you purchased or do you make something do.
