It won’t have a great consistency it can be a bit slimy and I’ve heard it can go bad faster.

Hi,
This might be a silly question as I have not made this yet, but would it be beneficial to use the soaking water as part of the 4 cups of water when you blend the almonds. I'm thinking the soaking water may have extra flavor already and would be better than throwing it away.
