Yes it would be delicious with turkey and turkey stock as well. I’m so glad you like my recipes!

This looks yummy and I like your recipes very much. What do you think about me trying this by starting with making stock with a turkey carcass and then use leftover roasted turkey. And then following the rest using your recipe. Wondering about the flavor profile using the turkey. Thank you so much.

They come on a Parmesan wedge from the deli, the imported Parmesan wheels. I’m so glad you’ve loved the soups!

Where do I get Parmesan rind? I’ve made many many of the soup recipes and have loved all.

Good recipe but I omitted the Thyme and Rosemary as per our taste. The broth was very flavorful and we did not feel it was needed. I also ended up putting too much orzo in the soup, so I’ll be careful not to add too much next time! I like someone’s comment that said, add the pasta each time you heat it up because if you add it all at once, it really absorbs the broth.

Delicious and perfect for our cold winters in SA

Cook pasta separately and add to each serving before serving! You’ll never have soggy pasta! When I freeze it, I add just before freezing and it’s never soggy when reheating!

Wondderful recipe! It smells so good while cooking! I used Rotisserie chicken, and I didn't have spinach, but used some mixed veggies (Brussels, broccoli, cabbage, kale, snow peas! - I'll use spinach next time), but it was very tasty. Thank you for another 'keeper'.

Good morning Jaclyn,
I made this delicious soup for company and it was the best!!! The only thing I did differently was substitute basmati rice for the orzo. I never had basmati rice and it cooks up perfectly and was a perfect addition to your wonderful recipe—THANK YOU! I cooked the rice separately as you suggested and the rice is so fluffy and has a subtle flavor and like it much better than ordinary rice.
Keep up doing what you do—keep supplying us with wonderful, company-worthy recipes, which are well written and easily understandable along with easy step-by-step directions and photos!
Thanks again,
Susan
