This was excellent! I hardly ever cook any type of chicken for dinner, but we will definitely have this again. The only change I made was increasing the red pepper flakes (probably slightly too much). Nonetheless, it was really good.

This was sooo good! Reheats well. I doubled the recipe and am so glad I did! Entire family had seconds! Easy technique wise- w/a doubled recipe I had to cook the chicken in batches, so I put them on a cooling rack that was in a shallow pan into a 200deg F oven to keep warm. I also pulled them out of frying pan at about 155 so they could finish in the oven and not dry out while I made the sauce. Served over fettucine and "chef's kiss". will keep this in regular rotation!

I'll love to hear you'll make it again Susan! Thanks for reviewing!

This was delicious! Next time I think I'll just buy cutlets as I didn't pound my chicken thin enough so it took longer to cook. BUT the flavor was incredible!! I made some penne pasta to accompany this. I'll absolutely make this again!

For that quantity you’d want about 12 times the recipe.
