Will these turn out the same with the peanut butter omitted? I already made one batch with peanut butter and they turned out great. I'd like to omit the peanut butter though if possible.

Cutting back on the sugar worked great. I don't like the increased cocoa, but surely not a deal breaker. Very good variation of a popular old recipe!

I needed something sweet to eat but don't have much in the way of ingredients but I had everything thing for this. I added in hemp hearts as an extra boost, and instead of making cookies I made them into bars I cut them before they cooled. But super delicious!

I remember my mother also using coconut in them, If I wanted to add it, would I have to adjust anything else?
