Being Italian I was hesitant about this recipe, but it was fairly quick. I'm glad I tried it last night and my husband loved it! I used my own sauce and had all the ingredients in the house. It is a great weeknight meal that is easy and quick.

Just as good as the old fashioned lasagna that takes forever to make.

This was so good, thank you! Added a package of crumbled Italian sausage to the ground beef and increased the noodles also. Delicious!

Will doubling the recipe change the cooking time?

Can you use cottage cheese instead of ricotta?
