Best ever! Found the liquid smoke and went to work following recipe.
Very easy to make and the results.....Amazing.
Family a little worried with all the "rub", as never done that before, but loved the results. Would change not one thing. This is now my pulled pork go to recipe. Once again Coking Classy is the BEST!!! Thank you!

It is usually by the bbq sauce at the grocery store, unfortunately there aren't really good substitutes for it. You can also buy it online.

Hi Susan - that would be just fine to make this Thursday and serve by Saturday. The flavor and texture will be the same.
I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed my recipes!

Hi, Jaclyn -
I’ve always found your recipes easy to follow and delicious. I’ll be making this for a birthday party next Saturday. I think I can prepare it on Thursday and refrigerate until Saturday - then slowly reheat. Will that alter the flavor or texture?
Thank you.

Yes but you'll want to increase cook time by maybe 2 hours.
