Yes that should work as well and don't use skewers, similar to the method of this recipe <a href="https://www.cookingclassy.com/butter-chicken" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc">here</a>.

I don't have a grill would it be okay to do this in a broiler and just turn it to brown all sides? This looks delicious and love middle eastern food!

Basically ur saying drop everything in it because u like nasty bland food. Nope…ur by yourself with that.

WAY too many spices...
Drop the cumin, oregano, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom
and cayenne pepper - because it's a Middle Eastern recipe not Indian.
Simple is best.

Glad the almond milk yogurt worked well for you! That one is my favorite dairy free option. Thanks for your review Elyse!

I made this for dinner tonight and it was so delicious! I substituted a dairy free yogurt (almond milk yogurt) and it worked out so well. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

This recipe is so good! Flavorful, easy recipe. If you are having company over and want to impress try it. I paired it with Armenian pilaf and a chopped Middle Eastern-style salad.
