Well done mate, cooked this a couple of times now, very tasty. Soy and whostishire seem to be the magic spark.

Love this! I'm a chef and adjusted it a bit here's what I did: I added more potatoes cause I love em almost 2# total Carrots on the thicker side I swapped the Worcestershire sauce as I have an allergy for liquid aminos you can find in any grocery store in the condiments aisle I omitted the peas and the cornstarch as the veggies make it thicker in my opinion I added more beef broth unsalted to each portion divided about 1/2c I added 3 cloves more garlic cause I love em too as well as more tomato paste which i didn't measure

I’ve been cooking for 50 years and never made a decent beef stew until today. This was amazing. I don’t like thyme or rosemary so left it out but it was still delicious! Thank you

Love this recipe. I add a tin of chopped tomatoes.

Hi! I'm interested in giving this recipe a go, but my husband hates peas w/ a firey passion. Do you have any suggestions for an alternative to the peas? I was thinking green beans, but I'm still learning how to cook various meats (I'm vegetarian), so I've no clue what I'm doing when it comes to modifying meat recipes. Thank you!

If I don't have corn starch nor tomatoe paste. Can I substitute with flour and tomato sauce?
