No need to double unless you want more servings. I’d just check it a little early since the chicken won’t be layered as much as may cook a little faster.

I was so excited to make this, I didn't read the recipe carefully enough! I put the rice vinegar in with the sauce ingredients . I hope this doesn't adversely affect the texture or flavor!

This is a hit! Thighs are juicy and the sauce is super flavorful, with just enough heat. Another home run from CC!
