A very large one should be able to fit it all and cook more evenly. Just note you'd want to cut the roast into portions, I would probably cut into 3 or 4 portions.

Thank you. This, minus the braising of the meat, is the way my mom used to make it. It was one of the few good meals she prepared. This is also a wonderful comfort food.

Instructions were good. The meat was tender, I did not care for the seasoning at all.

Can you use russet potatoes cut up into sixtghs? Or just the Yukon yellow?

How about you say how much corn starch. Would help.
