Made this last night and really enjoyed it. This Thai beef came together so quickly and was big on flavor. I’m loving the Carribean, South American, and Asian recipes on this site!

My family really enjoyed this tonight! The fresh Thai basil is the key ingredient that makes this so delicious. Also the sambal oelek was good but I could handle even more and I usually ask for mild or medium heat. Thank you!

I made this tonight for the first time for the husband and I, and he has given it the go to add to the recipe collection. I think next time though, I will be adding some bean sprouts, and trying it with shrimp. Yummy!

Did you use low-sodium soy sauce? It does add a lighter color to a dish than the regular soy sauce does.

Made this tonight, flavour was pretty good, but the dish doesn't look anything like yours! Yours is presented so beautifully. I find whenever I make a stir fry that has soy sauce and add it to the vegetables it makes them dark in colour. How do you prevent this from happening for you? Thanks so much.

It was ok/good. I feel it was missing something. I will work on figuring it out.
The plus is I used the sauce recipe with extra water as a sauce for my egg foo young.
