Yes that should be fine, I’d use a thick Greek yogurt like Fage.

Will Greek yogurt work in place of the mayo with this recipe?

This is a SPECTACULAR recipe! My mom who has been cooking for many years before me, switched to my tuna melt recipe after I made this for my folks, it is my go to recipe now for tuna melts the extra ingredients really add life to the tuna flavor , my tuna was super bland before .

I made this tuna melt for dinner tonight with a side of ceasar salad and red pepper tomato soup. This tuna melt was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and it tastes something that would be served at a hidden gem cafe or restaurant. I’ll be making this again and again and again! My husband also loved it! Thank you for this delicious recipe!

I made this tuna today for lunch! I had it as a melt and my husband had his in a wrap. Great flavor! Can't wait for the leftovers (I used three 5-oz cans) for lunch tomorrow!
