Super tasty! It worked fine with regular plain yogurt--that's what we had on hand. We will be making it again without adding cinnamon to try the chicken in street tacos.

I searched for a good chicken recipe for Easter lunch and finally landed on this one. I ended up marinating the chicken for about 6 hours all morning while we were at church, and then making it in the air fryer really quick when we came home. I cooked it for 20 minutes at 400°, turning it over halfway through. I probably will cook it for a minute or two less next time, but it was honestly SO good. Everyone was raving about it! Tender, moist, and flavorful! I used it in Mediterranean bowls and it fit the flavor profile perfectly.

I made this marinade for salads and I must say that it's delicious! I would use it again, but for chicken tacos - that sort of thing.

Jaclyn, Do you shake off / clean off the marinade prior to cooking? We appreciate what you do !!

This marinade is delicious! I ended up using boneless skinless chicken thighs and cooked them in the air fryer. I found that 20 minutes at 400° was just perfect. This will definitely be part of my rotation.
