Ham and Cheese Slider Recipe Ingredients
- Deli rolls: Preferably use a slab of rolls (that’s still kept intact) for ease of preparation.
- Yellow mustard and dijon mustard: Using a blend of the two mustards creates a flavor profile that isn’t overpowering. However if you prefer one over the other you can just use 2 Tbsp of one type.
- Mayonnaise: Mayo will help balance the acidty of the vinegar in the mustards and add some rich creaminess.
- Honey: This just adds a light sweetness to the sandwich spread.
- Deli ham: I recommend black forest deli ham, though leftover spiral sliced ham will work well too.
- Swiss cheese: Use sliced or shredded Swiss from a block or from the deli.
- Butter: Salted or unsalted butter can be used.
- Poppy seeds and sesame seeds: Using this blend of seeds gives them that everything bagel seasoning touch and adds a faint light crunch to finish.
- Dried minced onion and garlic powder: These add nice light seasoning to the mini sandwiches.
- Worcestershire sauce: This is a traditional seasoning for these sliders that adds light flavor, but if you don’t have any on hand you can omit it and they’ll still be delicious.
